With Summertree Creek, we continue our commitment to building masterfully crafted custom homes and making the homebuilding experience enjoyable and rewarding for our clients.

As a homebuyer at Summertree Creek, you will have many options to choose from. You can buy one of our custom built homes designed exclusively for Summertree Creek by Guernsey Tingle Architects, or build a custom home designed by your own architect. And while we hope we have the privilege of building your home, you also have the option to use one of the other high quality builders we have screened and selected for Summertree Creek.

Lessard Builders is led by Brian Lessard, a third-generation builder who was taught the craft by his father, Addie Lessard. Brian is personally involved in the construction of each home and selects only premium products and highly professional trades.
